Job summary

Eden Academy Wollongbar is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to lead engaging Kindergarten programs in a nurturing, family‑oriented setting. You will contribute to a warm community where staff wellbeing is valued and ownership is encouraged.

Operate from 6:30am to 6:30pm in a centre designed for 100 children, with generous resources and ongoing education support. Join a team that prioritises child safety, learning through play, and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Solid understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Professional, polished presence and warm approach.
• Curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community.
• Ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention.
• Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in childcare/education.
