Job summary

Eden Academy Parafield Gardens is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to contribute to a space where pedagogical expertise is valued and voices are heard by ownership. Operating from 7am to 6pm, the centre serves 108 children and offers a world-class Kindergarten program in a beautifully designed setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), has a current Working with Children Check, and understands EYLF and NQS.

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Full Australian working rights
• A professional, polished presence and warm approach
• A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
