Little Haven ELC in Melbourne is seeking Early Childhood Educators to support children's learning, wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions and collaborative teamwork. This permanent part-time role (up to 37.5 hours per week) requires availability to work shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm.

You will help implement a high-quality educational program, create safe and inclusive learning environments, and collaborate with the Education Leader, Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Child Protection training.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Warm, patient and caring.
• Organised, reliable and professional.
• Committed to continuous learning and improvement.

As an Educator, you play an important role in supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions, responsive care and collaborative teamwork. An Educator supports the implementation of a high-quality educational program by working collaboratively with the Education Leader, Early Childhood Teacher, Leadership Team and fellow colleagues.
