Early Learning Victoria (ELV) invites applications for a Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educator. Join a network of new centres delivering high-quality, play-based early learning and kinder programs.

You will support pedagogy, plan educational activities, and monitor child development in a community-focused setting. The role prioritises family partnerships, staff collaboration, and compliance with Victorian and national standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as an early childhood educator delivering a high-quality play-based program.
• Sound understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, the National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards.
• Effective communication and relationship-building with staff, children, families and communities.

Aufgaben

• Support the team to deliver high-quality early childhood education guided by evidence-informed pedagogy.
• Contribute to and assist in planning and implementing the educational program aligned with NQS and the Victorian framework.
• Monitor children's progress and support their social, emotional and cognitive development.
• Build respectful, collaborative relationships with families, children and colleagues, ensuring all children feel safe and valued.
