Early Learning Victoria (ELV) is opening a 57-place centre near Meeniyan Primary School, delivering long day care and 3- and 4-Year-Old Kinder programs to local families.

You will support high-quality, play-based early childhood education, coordinate learning strategies, and build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues in line with the NQF and Victorian frameworks.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma-qualified early childhood educator with experience delivering play-based programs.
• Strong knowledge of Victorian EYLF/VEYLDF and National Quality Framework.
• Effective communication with staff, children and families; supports inclusive practice.
• Experience with vulnerable families is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Support the team to deliver high-quality early childhood education guided by contemporary pedagogy.
• Coordinate an environment where children can flourish in line with NQF and state regulations.
• Develop, deliver and coordinate integrated teaching and learning strategies tailored to each child.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, children and colleagues.
