Guardian Childcare & Education Mt Barker is seeking a caring Educator to create meaningful learning moments for children. You’ll work with a supportive room team to reflect each child’s interests and strengths, fostering safe, curious learning environments.

You’ll grow through practical learning, mentoring and professional development, with clear career pathways into leadership roles and access to guardian degree support and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• You hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or are committed to completing a recognised qualification.
• A genuine passion for children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• A positive, reliable and collaborative approach.
• Willingness to learn, contribute ideas and grow your practice.
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsabilités

• Create meaningful learning experiences shaped by children’s interests and needs.
• Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families.
• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
• Contribute to planning, observations and learning documentation.
• Collaborate with Lead Educator/Teacher and room team to deliver high-quality experiences.
