Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education in Australia is seeking an Educator for Guardian Nairne to create meaningful moments and support each child’s growth. You’ll work with your room team to tailor experiences to individual needs, fostering safety, curiosity and confidence.

You’ll access practical learning, mentoring and professional development, with clear career pathways through Guardian’s national network and supportive leadership to help you advance toward Lead Educator and senior roles.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or working towards a recognised qualification
• A genuine passion for children’s learning, development and wellbeing
• A positive, reliable and collaborative approach
• A willingness to learn, contribute ideas and grow your practice
• Confidence building meaningful relationships with children, families and your team
• Current Working with Children Check, child protection training and relevant first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them

Responsibilities
