Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education in Sydney is seeking an Educator to help create meaningful moments for children and their families. You will work with your room team to shape experiences around each child’s interests and needs, building warm, responsive relationships and supporting learning and development.

You’ll have opportunities to grow your practice through practical learning, mentoring, professional development and clear career pathways, with pathways into Lead Educator and leadership

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, or commitment to studying towards a recognised qualification.
• Genuine passion for children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
• Positive, reliable and collaborative approach.
• Willingness to learn, contribute ideas and grow your practice.
• Confidence building meaningful relationships with children, families and team.
• Current Working with Children Check, child protection training and first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities
