Uniting Vic.Tas in Ballarat is seeking a casual Cert III Educator to support a creative Kindergarten program for 3 to 4 year-olds. The role runs 8:30am–4:30pm across Monday to Friday in a Ballarat location.
You will help deliver high-quality education and care, working with a team to nurture children's strengths, interests and social connections while modelling community values such as kindness, resilience and teamwork.
Help us to deliver early learning programs that support local communities and provide high-quality education and care to children.
Our kindergartens located in Ballarat, offer a creative program for 3 to 4 year-olds and operates 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and Friday.
You support our team focussed on nurturing children’s strengths, interests and social connections as well as teaching values that reflect our small local community - kindness, resilience and teamwork.
You’ll be joining Uniting’s Early Learning directorate – a purpose-led team working across Victoria and Tasmania to shape better futures for children and families. We champion safety, inclusion, and quality in everything we do, and we’re driven by a deep belief in the power of early learning to transform lives and strengthen communities.
You will hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority). You will also bring with you:
