In Balmoral, childcare isn’t just a service, it’s a lifeline for local families.
Our small, long day care service supports farming and rural families to work, contribute and stay connected to their community.
We currently operate three days per week with eight places and have a waiting list of more than 20 local families.
If you’re a qualified educator who’s taken a break from childcare, this role could be a great way to return. With part‑time hours, a small service and a close‑knit team, you can ease back into the sector while making a real difference locally.
Located within the Balmoral Family Centre Community Hub, we’re proud to be deeply connected to the local community and to offer a calm, welcoming environment for children, families and educators alike.
We create real change in people’s lives by working in partnership with people, communities, governments and other agencies to reduce the impact of poverty, trauma and disadvantage.
We provide compassionate care for people facing tough times and personal challenges. We support children and young people to break the cycle of disadvantage. We help families keep safe, together and thriving.
For over 100 years we’ve been fighting inequality, opposing discrimination, and responding to the needs in our communities across Victoria and Tasmania.
