Uniting is seeking a permanent part-time Diploma Educator to join our Early Learning team in Kaniva, VIC. You will support room leaders, help provide safe, stimulating activities for children, and contribute to a warm, family-friendly service in a small community.
You’ll work 20 hours per week (Tue-Fri), with salary packaging and superannuation benefits, and access to leave loading. A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required, with Certificate III considered for strong candidates.

Located on Baker Street, our childcare service is an important part of the tight-knit Kaniva community in the West Wimmera region.
We have a permanent part-time opportunity to join our Early Learning team and help ensure we provide a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children in small group sizes in our long day care service.
You will play an important role in assisting our Room Leaders and other qualified educators to provide social and educational activities to build a child’s sense of belonging, resilience, kindness, and teamwork.
You have proven experience delivering high-quality, play-based learning and a collaborative approach that strengthens team practice.
