Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
Have a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their individual development.
Enjoy building positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Understand the importance of play-based learning and creating engaging, inclusive environments.
Have a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards.
Are reliable, approachable and enjoy contributing to a team.
