Job summary

Alor Group has an exclusive partnership with a leading EAP organisation based in Sydney CBD. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Counsellor to deliver counselling, clinical assessments, case management and support for diverse EAP clients.

You will join an established mental health and operations team, provide support by phone and video, and help clients through trauma, anxiety and risk. Masters required, ACA/PACFA registration, and prior experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold relevant professional registration and be eligible for ACA or PACFA

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing counselling and clinical assessments for diverse EAP clients
• Conduct case management and risk assessment as part of the care plan
• Build strong relationships with clients and teams through effective communication
• Deliver one-on-one programs and evidence-based interventions
• Provide support via phone and video as required
