Job summary

TELUS Health, a global leader in employee health and wellbeing, is inviting skilled EAP counsellors to join our virtual team in Australia. Work remotely from anywhere in Australia and set your own schedule with on-call, weekday, weekend, or daytime sessions.

Ideal candidates hold PACFA or ACA level 3 registration with 3+ years of experience, and are proficient with IT-based case management systems, delivering short-term counselling with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Registered psychologist, social worker, or counsellor with PACFA/ACA level 3 and 3+ years experience.
• Proven ability in short-term counselling.
• Experience with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety or anger.
• Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term counselling to clients.
• Schedule sessions using TELUS Health case management system.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support client care.
