Job summary

Qantas Group is inviting expressions of interest for experienced E190 pilots to join our Flight Training and Checking team in Perth. Roles include Training Captain, Check Captain and Simulator Instructor, with responsibility for delivering high-quality training and ensuring safety standards across the E190 fleet.

The successful candidate will hold an ERJ170/190 type rating with command experience, be an ATPL (A) holder, and meet CASA medical and English proficiency requirements.

Qualifications

• ERJ170/190 type rating and command experience on type.
• Minimum 4000 hours total flying experience.
• Experience in training or checking on multi-crew transport category jet aircraft.
• Australian ATPL (A) required.
• CASA Class 1 Medical current.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6 on CASA Licence.
• Ability to pass Qantas pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol tests.
• Ability to hold an ASIC.
• Current passport with at least 12 months validity and unrestricted access to all Qantas ports of call.
• Australian citizenship or right to work in Australia/New Zealand without sponsorship.

• Contribute to consistent operational excellence and pilot development within the Flight Training and Checking team.
