PHI Aviation is seeking a dedicated AW189 Captain to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will operate safely and efficiently, with flights conducted under company policies and aviation regulations.

The role includes a touring roster, based from major Australian capitals, and responsibilities covering planning, communication, and compliance. Ideal candidates hold AW189 type rating, ATPL(H) and current CASA medicals, with offshore command experience.

Qualifikationen

• AW189 type rating, ATPL(H) and medical certificates are required.
• Minimum offshore hours and extensive offshore experience stated.
• Licenses, ratings and certifications must be current before flight activity.

Aufgaben

• Maintain final authority over the aircraft during command and ensure safe conduct of flight.
• Observe regulatory rules and company procedures during all flight phases.
• Complete flight planning and establish communications with authorities as needed.
• Execute scheduled flights safely and manage delays or changes with leadership.
• Ensure licenses, medicals and proficiency are current and report status to Training Dept.
• Provide development opportunities to Co-Pilots within SOPs.
• Undertake non-flying tasks such as paperwork and helicopter husbandry as assigned.
