Job summary

Nufarm is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Shutdown Planner to join our Laverton North site in Victoria. You will develop detailed shutdown scopes and work packs for electrical and instrumentation maintenance, coordinating materials, contractor resources and tooling to ensure safe, on-time execution.

You will plan permits, isolations, JSEAs and regulatory compliance, while monitoring progress and aligning with Operations, Engineering and HSE teams.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating industrial shutdowns.
• Ability to manage permits, isolations, and LOTO.
• Strong stakeholder communication and scheduling skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and shutdown planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed shutdown scopes and work packs for electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities.
• Coordinate materials, spare parts, contractor resources and specialist tooling to ensure shutdown readiness.
• Plan permits, isolations, JSEAs, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Monitor shutdown progress, update schedules and manage scope changes during execution.
• Provide onsite support to trades and contractors during shutdowns to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Participate in post-shutdown reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
