E&I Project Coordinator | Hybrid Role in Mining

Job summary

Linkforce is seeking an E&I Project Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role based at the Pert CBD Head Office with on-site work. You will lead a mix of trade and non-trade personnel to deliver key project outcomes, supported by a strong focus on HSE and risk management.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant trade or engineering qualification, 5+ years in management/coordination, and experience with CMS documentation in multidisciplinary environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management, coordination or senior supervisory position.
• Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and other industrial construction projects.
• Experience completing CMS documentation for on-site personnel and equipment.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary (Civil, SMP and E&I) project environment.
• Ability to manage and execute end to end deliverables on multiple projects.
• Flexibility to work away as required.
• Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of trade and non-trade personnel to deliver project milestones.
• Conduct risk assessments prior to mobilisation and implement controls.
• Consolidate project tracking against schedule and budgets.
• Review site quality documentation and compile client close-out packages.
• Monitor procurement to ensure crews have required plant, equipment and materials.
• Capture variations and claims across projects.
• Mentor project leadership in technical and construction practices.
• Estimate and manage minor E&I packages on major projects.
