Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking experienced E&I Project Engineers to join our Engineering and Construction division to support our current and upcoming projects across Mining, Oil & Gas and Power Generation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an on-site project engineering or coordination role.
• Australia-recognised, tertiary qualification in Engineering or Trade Certificate.
• Clear technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure project objectives are met on time with respect to cost, safety and quality.
• Liaise with client representatives and deliver to meet their requirements.
• Manage the interface between the engineering and project delivery teams to maintain compliance with the specifications, schedules and contract.
• Manage and supervise the resolution of technical queries as required.
