Qualifications

• A registered pharmacist with current AHPRA registration.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and platforms.

• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team including a dispensary technician and stores/logistics member.
• Manage electronic dispensing workflows ensuring prescriptions are processed accurately and timely.
• Review patient notes and prescriptions to ensure safe dispensing.
• Coordinate with multiple E-Health platforms and maintain relationships.
• Oversee daily workflow priorities and prescription volumes.
• Support the team with troubleshooting and day-to-day operational challenges.
• Collaborate with our wider pharmacy network to coordinate medication supply.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and build efficiencies as the department grows.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and patient safety.
