Midas Healthcare Ltd. in Australia is seeking an organised Pharmacist to lead our growing E-Health department. You will oversee day-to-day operations, stay hands-on with electronic dispensing, and coordinate workflows from prescription receipt to dispatch.
This hands-on role offers the chance to shape the department as it grows, contribute new ideas, and work in a friendly, proactive team that values initiative, collaboration and a good sense of humour.
Are you a pharmacist who thrives on organisation, enjoys problem-solving and loves being the person who keeps everything running like clockwork?
Perhaps you're ready for something a little different from traditional community pharmacy, or you're looking for an opportunity to step into a role and really make it your own?
This isn't your typical pharmacy role. It's an exciting opportunity to combine your dispensing knowledge with digital healthcare and workflow coordination.
And the best part? Our E-Health department is still in its early stages, so you'll have the opportunity to help shape how it operates as we continue to grow!
We're part of a progressive and innovative healthcare company specialising in fertility medications, compounding and specialised pharmacy services. Our E-Health department works with a range of digital healthcare platforms to coordinate prescription dispensing and medication supply for patients across Australia. We're a friendly, down-to-earth team who value initiative, teamwork and a good sense of humour. We embrace new ideas, encourage people to take ownership of their roles and genuinely enjoy finding better ways to do things.
As our E-Health Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our E-Health department. You'll lead a small, supportive team while remaining hands-on with electronic dispensing, coordinating workflows and ensuring everything runs efficiently from prescription receipt through to medication dispatch. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, responsibility and the freedom to take initiative. You'll have the opportunity to make the role your own, contribute new ideas and play a key part in the development of a growing department.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys responsibility and has a natural ability to keep things organised and moving.
