Eucalyptus is seeking a leader for its Australian Medical Support team in Sydney. You will champion patient relationships, drive operational efficiency across quality, reliability, and satisfaction, and work with our Manila teams leveraging automation to deliver safe, fast, and meaningful outcomes at scale.

As the senior escalation point, you will coordinate with clinical, operations, and product teams, shape patient interactions, and ensure high-quality care across clinics and geographies.

Qualifications

• AHPRA-registered with 4+ years of clinical or patient-facing experience.
• Proven experience leading a clinical/operations team and people management.
• Strong communication skills for sensitive clinical and cross-functional discussions.
• Good clinical judgement and ability to be the final escalation point for complex cases.
• Interest in technology-enabled care and improving patient outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a Sydney-based Medical Support team.
• Champion a patient-first approach across the patient journey.
• Build scalable workflows, playbooks, and training for consistent support.
• Use data to forecast demand, monitor performance, and drive improvements.
• Serve as escalation point and coordinate with Clinical Operations and other teams.
