Job summary

OCAM 4x4 Accessories in Morayfield, QLD, is seeking an energetic E‑commerce Customer Service and Order Support representative. You’ll manage inbound calls, emails and live chat for our online store while processing orders and quotes.

Build knowledge to resolve fitment, delivery and warranty questions, keep accurate records, and provide showroom and dispatch support. This is a high‑volume role with strong progression as we expand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or e-commerce roles.
• Typing speed of at least 55 WPM with high accuracy.
• Proficient across multiple systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone, email and live chat enquiries for online store.
• Prepare quotes and follow up to convert to sales.
• Process, track and troubleshoot orders end-to-end.
• Resolve questions on fitment, delivery and warranty using product knowledge.
