Hurly Burly in Perth CBD is hiring an enthusiastic E-commerce Customer Service & Order Packer to join our fun, fast-paced team. You will assist online and in-store customers, pack orders, label items, and provide product knowledge with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Knowledge of pop culture, cosplays, and movies helps; Shopify and Australia Post experience are desirable. The role offers casual shifts with potential to move to part-time/full-time as the store and warehouse grow, plus generous staff

Formación

• Previous fashion retail experience is required.
• Online customer service experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of Pop-Culture such as Movies, Cosplay, Anime.
• Experience using Shopify and Australia Post is desirable.
• Ability to work 4–5 days a week including Saturdays.
• Packing and labelling individual orders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service via email and online chat.
• Respond to customers across Email, Facebook, Instagram and LiveChat.
• Prepare and check orders for dispatch.
• Educate customers on products to help them pick the right item.
• Maintain energy and a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Be willing to work in both Perth CBD store and Balcatta Warehouse; owning a car is desirable.
• Ongoing training and opportunities for growth.

E-commerce Customer Service & Order Packer

Hurly Burly is a unique costume and clothing store with a location in the Perth CBD.With a warehouse in Balcatta and a awesome online store! Specializing in deluxe costumes that you won't find elsewhere including steampunk fashion, beautiful 1920's inspired outfits, burlesque corsets, superhero and anime characters, deluxe wigs, contact lenses and so much more! Our customer base is broad and we pride ourselves of providing outstanding customer service to to all different types of people both instore and online. We are looking for enthusiastic hard working team player. If the opportunity to work in this fun and unique clothing and costumes environment excites you we would love to here from you.

Qualifications & experience

Previous fashion retail experience is required and online customer service is desirable

Knowledge on Pop-Culture such as Movies, Cosplay, Anime ect.

Experience in using Shopify and Australia Post is desirable

Ability to work both autonomously and as part of the team

Ability to work 4-5 days a week including some Saturdays.

Packing and labelling individual orders

Has excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Tasks & responsibilities

To provide customer service via email and online-chat.

Providing timely responses to our customers over a varied range of communication platforms (Email, Facebook, Instagram and LiveChat etc.)

Preparing and checking orders for dispatch

Providing our customers with product knowledge and educate them to ensure they select the most suitable product for them

Energy, enthusiasm and a positive 'can-do' attitude!

Adhere to all company policies and help process customer exchanges and returns

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment at our Perth CBD store and Balcatta Warehouse.Own or have regular access to a car will be desireable.
