Talent Corp is seeking a Dynatrace Systems Administrator to strengthen observability and event management within a major digital environment.

You will improve system visibility, automate monitoring processes, and connect internal and external service providers to achieve better operational outcomes. The role supports hybrid work across Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane with potential contract extensions.

Qualifications

• Extensive Dynatrace administration in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Administering and maintaining the Dynatrace SaaS platform.
• Configuring alerts, thresholds, dashboards, reports and automated notifications.
• Deploying and managing OneAgent and installing and configuring ActiveGate.
• Supporting application, infrastructure, synthetic and real-user monitoring.
• Using Davis AI and platform analytics for root-cause analysis.
• Improving event management processes for incident and problem resolution.
• Developing technical documentation and performance trend analysis.

Your Duties Will Include

• Administering and maintaining the Dynatrace SaaS platform


• Configuring alerts, thresholds, dashboards, reports and automated notifications


• Deploying and managing OneAgent and installing and configuring ActiveGate


• Supporting application, infrastructure, synthetic and real-user monitoring


• Using Davis AI and platform analytics to support root-cause analysis


• Improving event management processes supporting incident and problem resolution


• Developing technical documentation, knowledge articles and performance trend analysis

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience administering Dynatrace in complex enterprise environments


• Strong capability in alert configuration, threshold management and dashboard development


• Experience with OneAgent, ActiveGate, Automation Workflows and Dynatrace APIs


• Knowledge of log management, analytics, custom metrics and platform extensions


• Experience across application performance and infrastructure monitoring


• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting performance data and identifying service trends


• Effective stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with internal and external service providers
