Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing across multiple projects and releases.
• Develop detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Execute system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate functional and non‑functional requirements for Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Support automation initiatives using Playwright (basic scripting knowledge preferred).
• Prepare test reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all work adheres to security and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Baseline Security Clearance (must be active).
• Proven experience as a Manual Test Analyst.
• Strong understanding and hands‑on testing experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Familiarity with Playwright (test automation knowledge is a plus).
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and defect management.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
