Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on skills with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Proven integration experience using web services/APIs.
• Development skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customised Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned to business needs.
• Integrate internal/external applications via web services/APIs.
• Maintain accurate, secure customer data; ensure platform compliance and governance.
• Build automation workflows, dashboards, and reporting to drive adoption.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and user enablement/training.
• Monitor performance, document configurations, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with platform owners, project managers and cross-functional teams.
