Job summary

Sonata Software North America Inc. is seeking an Operations Solution Analyst - Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance) to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the D365 Finance platform across GL, AP, AR, FA, P2P, O2C, and financial reporting.

You will provide functional and operational support, collaborate with business and IT teams, monitor system health with Dynatrace and Azure, and drive automation and governance through Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.
• Experience with production environments and complex enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for D365 Finance incidents, service requests, and problem management.
• Perform root cause analysis across D365 Finance and integrated systems.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and timely issue resolution.
• Support financial period-end, month-end, and year-end processing.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and specifications.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to improve controls and efficiency.
