Job summary

Insignia Financial in Melbourne seeks a CRM Developer to design, develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions supporting our Financial Advice business. You will build reliable CRM functionality that enables advisers, paraplanners and operations teams to work effectively across the advice lifecycle.

You will deliver enterprise integrations using APIs and Workato, collaborate with technical leaders, business analysts and testers, and contribute to Dynamics 365 custom development while

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 plug-ins, workflows and JavaScript logic.
• Experience with Power Apps and RESTful APIs in .NET environments.
• Familiar with source control and delivery tools (GitHub Enterprise, Jira).
• Experience supporting integrations via APIs, automation platforms or iPaaS.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full development lifecycle of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 applications to support workflows.
• Develop custom tables, entities, forms, views, dashboards and rules.
• Design and maintain Power Automate flows and CRM experiences.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integration components linking Dynamics 365 with third‑party systems.
• Collaborate with leaders, analysts and testers to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support deployments across environments following lifecycle practices.
