Job summary

Insignia Financial is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead the business and technical analysis of large-scale initiatives. You will translate complex business needs into precise, implementable requirements and work closely with product owners, architects, developers and data teams across the organisation.

You will shape secure, scalable solutions that improve client and employee experiences, participate across the full delivery

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives.
• Define business problems, desired outcomes, scope and solution requirements.
• Elicit, analyse, validate and prioritise functional, data, integration, reporting and non-functional requirements.
• Model current and future-state processes, user journeys, business rules, system interactions and data flows.
• Translate business needs into Dynamics 365 requirements covering data structures, forms, views, workflows, interfaces and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops and design discussions, balance value, user experience, risk and feasibility.
• Support data migration, integration and testing activities, including data mapping and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across the discovery, design, build, testing, implementation and support transition phases of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business problems, outcomes, scope and requirements.
• Elicit, analyse, validate and prioritise functional, data, integration and non-functional requirements.
• Model current and future-state processes, user journeys and data flows.
• Translate needs into detailed Dynamics 365 requirements covering data structures, forms and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and design discussions with stakeholders and tech teams.
• Support data migration, integration and testing activities and implementation readiness.
