Job summary

Halcyon Knights in Sydney seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to drive CRM solutions for financial advisers, paraplanners, compliance, and operations teams. You will collaborate with analysts, technical leaders, testers, and an external SI partner to develop and enhance the CRM environment across the life cycle.

You will build custom entities, implement business rules and workflows, and integrate with third-party systems using RESTful APIs and iPaaS tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Strong JavaScript experience, especially form scripting.
• Experience with C#/.NET for plug-ins and custom CRM logic.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API or ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with Power Apps and ideally Azure Functions.
• Experience with source control platforms such as GitHub Enterprise.
• Experience with Jira within an iterative development environment.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 environment management and deployment.
• Experience developing or supporting API integrations and automation.
• Workato experience would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, from technical design through to deployment.
• Build and maintain custom tables/entities, forms, views and dashboards.
• Develop business rules, workflows and Power Automate flows.
• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 plug-ins and workflow activities.
• Develop JavaScript form logic and custom CRM functionality.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Work with Workato iPaaS to support system integrations and automation.
• Contribute to technical design standards and development best practice.
• Support deployments across environments in line with established ALM practices.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
• Help improve CRM usability, data quality and productivity for Financial Advisers.
