Job summary

Avant is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer on a fixed-term contract in Sydney. You will design, develop and enhance a large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment supporting core customer, sales, service and marketing functions.

This hands-on role requires end-to-end ownership from design through deployment, support and continuous improvement, in a hybrid Sydney CBD setup. You will collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment, mentoring teammates and driving engineering

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM solutions.
• Strong development skills across C#, .NET and JavaScript.
• Deep expertise with Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Experience building plugins, custom APIs, integrations and automation solutions.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL and data modelling experience.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps and Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Build and maintain custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, Plugins and Web APIs
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and Azure services
• Improve platform reliability, performance and security through proactive engineering practices
• Create and optimise Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Power BI reporting
• Help modernise legacy solutions, reduce technical debt and drive engineering best practice
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams and delivery partners in an Agile environment
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance across the development lifecycle
