Job summary

Akkodis is seeking experienced CRM Developers to join a high-performing Agile team in Canberra, delivering enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and Power Platform implementations. You will work across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise integrations to deliver scalable, secure business applications.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.
• Experience building model-driven apps, forms, dashboards and business rules.
• Experience developing plugins, workflows and Power Automate solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM security models, auditing and access management.
• Data migration, mapping and data quality experience.
• Power Platform ALM, solution management and environment strategies.
• Azure DevOps CI/CD experience for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deployments.
• Enterprise integration using Dataverse Web API, REST services, Azure SQL.
• Development in C# and .NET; governance and DLP knowledge.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse solutions with tables, forms and models.
• Develop business logic using plugins, workflows and Power Automate.
• Design CRM modules, dashboards, charts and reporting capabilities.
• Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 security models and access controls.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure SQL and other systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release management using Azure DevOps.
• Support Power Platform governance, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Apply secure-by-design and DevSecOps principles across dev and deployment.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and BAU handover materials.
• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and stakeholders.
