PFD Food Services is seeking a reliable replenishment professional to own daily stock orders, based on sales data and on-hand stock, across Western Australia. You’ll partner with suppliers, review performance, and manage a high-volume admin workload in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have replenishment or inventory planning experience, strong Excel/reporting skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Perth-based role with opportunities for growth within the supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Background in replenishment or inventory planning.
• Highly organised and systematic approach.
• Enjoy critical thinking and proactive problem solving to avoid stock issues.
• Solid Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure while juggling emails and changes.
• Comfort with admin-heavy routines requiring attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily stock orders based on sales data and stock on hand.
• Collaborate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
• Review supplier performance and identify gaps.
• Respond to internal email enquiries (branches, GMs).
• Handle high volumes of admin and inbox traffic with focus.
• Create reports and analyse data to inform decisions.
• Forecast future needs using historical trends (no price negotiations).
• Support Perth stock planning and purchasing.
