The role requires strong Excel and reporting skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to prioritise a high volume of administrative tasks. You will interact with internal stakeholders, monitor supplier performance, and help identify gaps

• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle emails and last-minute changes calmly.
• Attention to detail in a busy admin-heavy role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily stock orders based on sales data and on-hand stock.
• Collaborate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
• Review supplier performance and identify gaps.
• Respond to internal stakeholder email enquiries.
• Create reports and analyse data to inform decisions.
• Forecast future needs based on historical trends.
• Support Perth stock planning and purchasing needs.
