Zusammenfassung

PFD Food Services is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage the movement of stock within the site and ensure procedures are followed. You will generate inventory reports, support auditing and stock takes, and contribute to safe, efficient operations.

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will collaborate with operations to align day-to-day activities with HACCP and safety requirements while using MFG Pro and common office tools to deliver accurate, timely information to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Inventory management systems (MFG Pro) knowledge.
• Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• High analytical and problem solving ability.

  About this Position

  Reporting to the Inventory Manager, this role will manage the movement of inventory within the site whilst maintain procedures and conducting report analysis.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory management reporting and review as per PFD Procedures Manual
  • Inbound claims process management and communication of discrepancies to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Prepare and conduct stock take
  • Collaborating with operations to ensure alignment between operational activities and HACCP and safety procedures to enhance productivity and service delivery

  • Possess a strong understanding of inventory management systems (MFG Pro) and its functionality;
  • Possess intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word);
  • High analytical and problem solving ability;
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with all key personnel and assist accountants with any stock related issues and discrepancies;
  • Possess the ability to work within a team and promote a team environment.
