Responsibilities

• Manage the AER Recruitment Team’s day-to-day activities and recruitment plans.
• Advertise and promote employment opportunities and manage applications.
• Administer the TechnologyOne recruitment system and onboarding process.
• Facilitate merit lists and transfers with other APS agencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop recruitment plans.
• Support, advise and influence employees and managers on recruitment matters.
• Undertake other duties as required.
