Hockingstuart Real Estate is seeking motivated sales agents in Melbourne to drive leads, build relationships with buyers and sellers, host inspections and open homes, and guide auctions and negotiations.

Formación

• Proven sales experience with KPIs and targets.
• Agent’s Representative Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate Practice.
• Valid driver’s license and own car; Saturday availability.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset.
• Genuine passion for real estate and long-term career commitment.

About the role

As a Sales Agent at Hockingstuart Real Estate, you’ll be actively involved in every stage of the sales process, including:

• Generating leads through door-knocking, cold calling, and networking

• Building relationships with buyers and sellers

• Hosting property inspections and open homes

• Conducting auctions and negotiation processes

• Coordinating contract signings and transaction management

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in a sales-focused role with KPIs and targets

• A minimum qualification of an Agent’s Representative Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate Practice

• A valid driver’s license and a reliable car (availability to work Saturdays is essential)

• A self-motivated, results-driven attitude

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset

• Genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to a long-term career in the industry
