Job summary

Rexel Australia is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager for Wynnum to lead sales and performance across the branch. You will drive growth, manage day-to-day operations, and build strong customer relationships within the industrial sector.

Ideal candidates will lead from the front, spot opportunities, quote tenders and win work while maintaining safety and operational standards. This is a hands-on, market-facing leadership role with a proven track record in electrical wholesale.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales, business development or branch leadership.
• Proven ability to grow customer relationships and drive commercial results.
• Experience quoting tenders, managing opportunities and closing sales.
• A proactive, hands-on and growth-focused approach.
• Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to balance sales with branch performance.
• Experience in electrical wholesale or industrial markets highly regarded.
