Job summary

Rexel Australia is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager for Wynnum to lead sales and performance across the branch. You will drive growth, manage day-to-day operations, and build strong customer relationships within the industrial sector.

Ideal candidates will lead from the front, spot opportunities, quote tenders and win work while maintaining safety and operational standards. This is a hands-on, market-facing leadership role with a proven track record in electrical wholesale.

Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, sales-driven Branch Manager to lead our Wynnum branch and drive its next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys being out with customers, spotting opportunities, quoting tenders, winning work and growing a branch. With a strong industrial customer base and plenty of opportunity in the local market, this role is ideal for someone who brings commercial drive, industry knowledge and a genuine passion for sales leadership.

As Branch Manager, you’ll take ownership of branch performance across sales, margin, operations, service and team leadership.
