Job summary

Rexel Electrical Supplies, a part of Rexel Australia, is seeking an entrepreneurial Branch Manager for our Angle Park store in Adelaide. You will lead a team, drive sales, service excellence and a strong safety culture, and partner with customers and suppliers to grow the branch's potential.

As a natural leader with a passion for sales and operations, you will shape an inclusive, high-performing environment, manage daily branch operations, and contribute to Rexel's commitment to sustainability

Qualifications

Experience leading a sales-focused team in a retail or wholesale environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain and branch operations.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to develop a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, suppliers and sales teams to cultivate strong long-term working relationships.
Coach, lead and communicate key priorities to your team to create an inclusive culture and build high levels of engagement.
Directing the branch operations to exceed sales, margin, profit and service targets.
Champion an already strong safety culture.
