Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment.
• Knowledge and use of a WMS system, preferably Manhattan.
• Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Confident in engaging, motivating and leading people to achieve goals.
• Strong planning and organisational skills for operational excellence.

• Lead operations for a major household name customer, ensuring satisfaction and success.
• Support, manage and develop a large operational team.
