Cater Care is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead our Mad Mex team at Sydney Domestic Airport. This permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) focuses on delivering excellent customer service while coordinating daily restaurant operations.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality, retail or kitchen experience, RSA and Food Safety qualifications, and a proactive leadership mindset. Availability from 5.00am starts is required to cover early shifts.

Qualificações

• Hands-on approach with positive attitude and leading by example.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, hospitality and/or kitchen operations and key-holder duties.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
• RSA and Food Safety Supervisor qualifications are required.
• Availability from 5.00am starts.
