Job summary

Cater Care is seeking a Duty Manager for Sydney Domestic Airport’s Mad Mex team. This permanent full-time role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer service and RSA/Food Safety Supervisor qualifications, with availability from 5.00am.

Lead daily operations across service, kitchen and retail, train staff, ensure food safety and presentation, and drive a positive team culture while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, hospitality and/or kitchen operations and key-holder duties.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
