ALDI Sydney is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations during shifts, supervise team members, handle customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth, safe shopping experience. You’ll open/close, coach staff, train new teammates, and serve customers with a smile while keeping shelves stocked and hazards in check.

This role offers an attractive hourly rate of $35.48 plus shift allowances, a 35-hour week, and extensive training and internal career opportunities within ALDI.
