Job summary

ALDI Stores Australia is seeking a Duty Manager to lead from the front, driving sales, serving customers and supervising team members across shifts. You will open/close, guide staff, train new teammates, and keep shelves stocked while staying vigilant for hazards.

The role offers extensive training and a clear path into store management within a values-driven, supportive workplace. With an hourly rate of 35.48 AUD plus shift allowances, 35-hour week, and generous leave and wellbeing benefits,

• Keeping shelves stocked with products so that our customers can find all their favourites.
• Keeping a keen lookout for any incidents or hazards to keep everyone safe.
