McGuire Hotels is seeking a Duty Manager for the RQ Tavern in Robina, Queensland. This full-time role oversees all tavern operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience and smooth daily service.

You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manage opening/closing procedures, monitor stock, and ensure compliance with liquor licensing and health and safety regulations. Strong leadership and hospitality qualifications are essential.

• Significant experience (3+ years) in a supervisory or duty manager role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong operational and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of liquor licensing, food safety and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant hospitality qualifications or certifications.

About the role
The Duty Manager - RQ Tavern role is a full-time position based in Robina, Queensland. As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the RQ Tavern, a key part of the McGuire Hotels' hospitality portfolio.
