Job summary

Maraboon Tavern in Emerald is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across our bar, restaurant, and accommodation. You will lead a dedicated team, drive service standards, and ensure every guest experience is exceptional.

The role requires proven hospitality leadership, positive energy in a fast-paced setting, and the ability to manage staffing, budgets, and compliance with regulations. Queensland RSA/RSG/RMLV credentials are expected or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality operations.
• Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers & CLO (or ability to obtain).
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across bar, restaurant, and accommodation.
• Inspire, coach, and develop the team to deliver excellence.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues to ensure memorable visits.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory while monitoring budgets.
