Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across bar, restaurant, and accommodation ensuring perfection.
• Inspire, mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Be the go-to person for guest inquiries, resolving issues and creating memorable visits.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, budgets, and ensure efficient operations.
• Champion safety and compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
