Job summary

Harvest Hospitality is seeking a Duty Manager for the Crown Inn Hotel in Old Reynella, SA. You will work with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, guest experience and long-term success of the hotel.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness and the ability to train staff. You must be flexible to cover day and night shifts, and stay committed to delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years' experience in hospitality in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Long-term commitment with growth potential within the company.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
• Hold current RCG certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing venue operations and uphold high service standards.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience.
• Uphold presentation and product standards across the venue.
• Drive financial performance, including budget management and cost control.
• Contribute to staff training and development.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership across multiple shifts, including days and nights.
